Windsor Announces Acquisition of High Performance Systems Assets

BEST Engineered Surface Technologies, LLC, d/b/a Windsor Metal Finishing (“BEST” or “Windsor”) is excited to announce the acquisition of the majority of the assets of High Performance Systems (“HPS”) on August 1^st, 2017.  Windsor will operate HPS’ Winter Heaven, FL plant for a short period of time prior to relocating its assets to the Windsor expansion site in Kissimmee, FL.

Coupling HPS’ capabilities and capacity to coat parts with Windsor’s capabilities, the resulting company will be one of the largest, if not the largest, coating facilities in the Southeast United States.  Windsor is also pleased to announce that they are purchasing and installing batch processing equipment including 10’x20’ grit blasting room, 10’X20’ spray booths, and 10’X20’ and 6’X8’ convection ovens along with other undisclosed technology capabilities, which will allow Windsor to further support the architectural market and expand into the petrochemical, chemical, pumps and valves, military, aerospace, medical and marine markets over the next few years.

BEST’s President & CEO Mr. William Faucett stated, “We have a clear vision and commitment to remain solely a coating applicator and eventually a coating manufacturing business and at no time will we consider acquiring metal/plastic manufacturing companies.”  He further stated, “BEST’s focus is to continue to acquire coating and metal finishing companies that are strategically located throughout North America that will provide additional technologies in established markets ultimately developing a national footprint with diversified technologies.  As always, Best (Windsor and HPS) are committed to providing world class quality and service to its customers!”
