Windsor Metal Finishing Acquired by BEST

Windsor Metal Finishing is excited to announce that BEST Engineered Surface Technologies LLC; owned by Sowell & Co. a Dallas, Texas based family office, has acquired Windsor Metal Finishing as of June 1st 2017.

BEST is “solely” focused on developing a large geographical footprint of coating and finishing companies that have a diverse and advanced portfolio of the latest technologies.  BEST has not now or ever planned on acquiring machining or metal fabrication businesses.
